지난 100년 간 제약산업의 눈부신 발전은 인류에게 더 좋은 의약품을 기반으로 한 건강한 사회를 구축하고 미래 번영을 약속하는 기반이 되었습니다. 더 많은 연구와 과학적탐구에 따라 많은 NCE들이 등장하였으나 이들 중 상당수는 낮은 용해도나 생체이용률 등의 문제로 인하여 상업화하는 데에 어려움을 겪고 있고, 기존 의약품들의 용해도 개선이나 원하는 정확한 absorption window를 타게팅하는 기술 등의 요구는 갈수록 커지고 있으며, 이러한 것들은 제제연구원들에게 있어 주요한 연구 목표가 되고 있습니다.

따라서 이러한 시대적 요구에 대응 가능한 제제기술들을 한국 내 제제 연구원들에게 소개하고, 의약품의 개발과 처방/공정 기술에 적용할 수 있는 기술적 아이디어와 예시 등을 공유하는 제제기술포럼을 준비하였습니다.
이 포럼에서는 Functional pharmaceutical polymer, advanced GI targeting formulation technologies, drug solubility enhancement, enteric drug delivery 그리고 유동층 공정 기술 등에 대한 상세한 정보와 case study 등이 공유될 것이며, 또한 참가자들은 실시간으로 질문을 채팅창에 남겨 실시간 또는 발표 후 이메일로 질의에 대한 상세한 답변을 받을 수가 있을 것입니다.
한국약제학회와 공동 주최하는 이 포럼은 경구 의약품을 연구하는 연구원과 개발자들에게 있어, 많은 insight와 정보를 얻을 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다.
The remarkable development of the pharmaceutical industry over the past 100 years has laid the foundation for building a healthy society based on better medicines and promising future prosperity. Many NCEs have emerged as a result of more technical and scientific research, but many of them are having difficulties in commercialization due to problems such as low solubility or low bioavailability, and needs on the targeting the accurate absorption window is getting increased. The demand for pharmaceuticals is growing, and these are becoming major research goals for pharmaceutical researchers.

Therefore, we prepared a formulation technology forum to introduce formulation technologies that can respond to the needs of the times to formulation researchers in South Korea, and to share technical ideas and examples applicable to drug development and formulation/processing technology.
In this webinar, detailed information and case studies on functional pharmaceutical polymers, advanced GI targeting formulation technologies, drug solubility enhancement, enteric drug delivery, and fluidized bed processing technology will be shared. Attendees can post their questions in live chat during the presentation, and the presenter will respond via email after the presentation or at a later date.
